waze33 Platform Usage

1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the waze33 website accessible at https://waze33.org together with all related digital services.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers and uses the services provided by waze33.
• "Account" refers to a player account duly registered on the waze33 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by a player into their waze33 account using a verified payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to credits, promotional offers or additional benefits granted by waze33 to players subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before a player is eligible to withdraw funds associated with a bonus.

References to "waze33" in this document include the platform owner, management, employees and agents.

2. Registration Terms and Account Management

To register and use waze33 services, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Register only one account per individual. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed without a refund.
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including full name, MyKad number, date of birth, mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• Not use another person's identity, credit card information or bank account when registering or making any transaction.
• Keep the account password confidential at all times and notify waze33 immediately if any unauthorised access occurs.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the waze33 platform complies with local laws and regulations in force in their area of residence. waze33 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the waze33 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Supported payment methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the application is confirmed.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same player's name as the waze33 account. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
• waze33 does not charge any transaction processing fees. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

waze33 offers various incentives to players, subject to the following conditions:

• 200% Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a bonus of 200% of their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 with an account balance of RM300; the wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000. If the deposit is RM400, the bonus received is RM300 with an account balance of RM700; the wagering requirement to be met is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• The waze33 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate, starting from up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, up to 0.8% for Gold, and up to 1.0% for Platinum. Players move up to a higher tier based on their ongoing betting activity.
• waze33 reserves the right to amend, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting or improper methods will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Players must complete the current bonus wagering requirement before activating a new promotion.

5. Game Rules and Fairness

The waze33 platform offers a range of game options including online slots, live casino, sports betting and other categories. The following are general rules relating to games:

• The outcome of all games on waze33 is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is independently tested to ensure fairness.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, waze33 will attempt to restore the game to the last recorded state. If restoration cannot be carried out, the affected bets will be returned to the player's account.
• waze33 reserves the right to void any transaction or bet that occurred as a result of a technical error, provider error or inaccurate market pricing.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots or third-party assistance software is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

6. Acceptable User Conduct

waze33 users are expected to observe the following standards of conduct at all times:

• Not use offensive, threatening or discriminatory language when interacting with the customer support team or other users.
• Not share an account with another individual or allow a third party to use your account.
• Not engage in any form of fraud, identity impersonation, money laundering or other illegal activity through the waze33 platform.
• Not attempt to access parts of the platform not intended for general users, including admin panels or databases.
• Not spread false or misleading information about waze33 to other users or the public.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in disciplinary action, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the waze33 platform, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, text, software and source code, is the exclusive property of waze33 and is protected under international copyright law.

• Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or republish any content from the waze33 platform without prior written consent.
• The brand name "waze33", its logo and all related trademarks are the property of waze33 and may not be used by any other party without authorisation.
• Any content written or shared by users on the waze33 platform is considered a non-exclusive licence to waze33 to use it for platform operation purposes.

8. Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, waze33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses suffered by players as a result of their own betting decisions or gaming activities.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond waze33's control, including internet infrastructure failures, issues with third-party payment providers, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account arising from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by security verification procedures that must be completed.

9. Amendments and Changes to Terms

waze33 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes made will take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.

• It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest changes.
• Continued use of the waze33 platform after any amendment is published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the amended terms.
• If a user does not agree with any amendment, they must stop using the platform and contact customer service to close their account.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The waze33 platform operates under international licensing. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

• Any dispute arising from the use of the waze33 platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the waze33 customer service team.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to arbitration under the applicable international arbitration procedures.
• Users in Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring their participation in online betting activities complies with applicable local Malaysian law.
